Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. You tell us about your day. The engineer does the setup, then sits with you while you do three real tasks yourself.
Which AI tools do you set up?
The ones you already pay for, such as ChatGPT or Claude, or free and low-cost tools where budget is tight. Each daily task is matched to the right tool, and you keep a one-page 'which tool for which job' card.
What is the private AI brain?
A local AI on your own computer, trained on your files, your tone and your clients. It works offline and your data never leaves your machine, which suits CAs, doctors, lawyers and anyone with sensitive files.
Is the installation done remotely?
Yes, end to end. The install takes from 90 minutes to a day, depending on your devices and the number of tasks.
What if my computer or phone is old?
The first step is a two-minute device check. It shows what your laptop or phone can run, and your plan is built around it.
Will the AI message my customers on its own?
No. Replies, reminders and quotations are drafted for you to check and send. Nothing goes to a customer without your approval.
